have the time to do real estate now that the
beach house or antique collecting is calling!!
Or for a person who is newly licensed, but
hasn't parted company with that anchor job
that makes the mortgage payment.
You must agree to limit your participation
in providing services strictly to referring
potential buyers or sellers to an active agent
in Historic Properties or Fine Homes and Land.
A contract with specific language spelling out
the rules is required.
You will receive a specified percentage of
the realized real estate commission on either
the buy side or the sell side. This is your
referral fee.
Put all of those contacts to work for you
without all of the commitments.
